2. Refund Policy

Last updated 15.07.2026

At David Lizerbram's Zimmer Mechanical Company we strive to provide first-rate mechanical contracting services. Please see our refund policy below should you not be happy with our work.

General Policy

On all services rendered, we guarantee 7 days of satisfaction. Should you not be happy with the completed work, kindly contact us within this time to address any issues.

Services Rendered

• Repair & Maintenance Calls: If a repair fails or the reported issue isn't resolved within 7 days, we'll return to correct it at no additional charge. Refunds for repairs are considered case by case once a return visit has been offered.
• Installation & Retrofit Projects (HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, controls): You're entitled to one corrective visit if the installed work doesn't meet the agreed, written proposal. If it remains unresolved after that visit, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on materials and labor already completed.
• Maintenance Contracts: If a scheduled maintenance visit was not completed as described, tell us within 7 days and we'll complete the outstanding items or issue a partial refund for that visit.

Demand for a Refund

You have to let us know in writing at service@zimmermechanicalcompany.com within the designated period asking for a refund. Please provide your name, job address, and a statement of the problem.

Approved reimbursements will be handled within 7 business days following approval. Refunds will be granted to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Work that the customer has fully inspected and signed off on at completion will not be eligible for refunds.
• Unless stated in a signed agreement, deposits taken against a written proposal for larger, multi-day projects are not refundable once equipment or materials have been ordered.
• Permit and inspection fees paid to local authorities are non-refundable once submitted.

Changes to This Policy

We kindly retain the right to change our refund policy at any moment. Modifications will show right away on our website. Review this policy often for changes.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

You verify that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into these terms by using our website and offerings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms whenever we so want. Modifications will show right away on our website. Your ongoing use of the site shows acceptance of the new terms.

Services Offered

Among our offerings are commercial HVAC installation, HVAC repair and maintenance, boiler and chiller service, commercial and process piping, sheet metal and ductwork fabrication, and building automation and controls.

Client Obligations

Accurate, complete, and timely information is the responsibility of clients for the effective running of services, including clear access to the mechanical systems and work area. Delays brought on by insufficient access or information could compromise delivery schedules.

Terms of Payment

Payment comes due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing for larger projects. We take card payment, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Late payments might cost extra.

Project Deliverability

Timeline: An agreed-upon projected completion time will be given for each project. We are not liable for delays brought on by circumstances outside of our control (such as equipment lead times or permit scheduling) even as we work toward deadlines.

Change Orders & Approvals

Reasonable scope adjustments discovered once work has begun (for example, system conditions not visible at proposal time) will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding. Final approval of completed work has to be sent in writing.

Ownership of Completed Work

You own the installed systems and equipment once paid for. Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to photograph and highlight completed work in our own marketing, without disclosing your personal information.

Confidentiality

Unless mandated by law, we will keep your private information under confidentiality and will not share it without your prior permission.

Limit of Liability

Zimmer Mechanical Company LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or the services rendered, beyond what is required by California law.
